How much difference would this actually make to the game? Evidently from what I see of the reviews so far, that this is clearly not garnering popular acclaims, so would this increase the game's value somewhat and if so what?

Ie say a review score of 6 being upped to a 7 or much more meaningful 8? Score is not be all but simply an indication of the overall quality.

I m mor interested in whether the question of Move inclusion would making much of a difference?

This game is only on the PS3 because of Move, it's not suddenly having Move controls added in. It was originally a Wii-only game, but when Move was revealed they announced it was being ported across "with improvements".
