Evolution Studios' muddy racer was an instant success as a PS3 launch title, sitting pretty atop the charts in all three major territories for some time. A sequel was clearly on the cards then, so here's a first look at it.

I really hope this version doesn't have the elastic-band AI. Apart from that, the first was a great game

Nice music. Awful trailer. Too much swoopy, show off camera action. Basically it looked like Motorstorm with a jungle stage? Maybe they'll be a snow stage or a space world too. *fingers crossed*

As long as all the destructible scenery doesn't randomise races too significantly. FlatOut Ultimate Carnage has turned me into a rage on countless occasions, I don't think I could cope with that again.

It's a lie in the sense that they give us an impression of these videos contents (especially for the original) to be how amaaazing the game will be, when this is really more like their "vision" or something.

Pre-rendered it may be, but it seemed fairly representative to me of the frenetic gameplay of the original.

I rather liked it as a trailer.

Does it say INGAME FOOTAGE TRAILER?? Has there been any mention saying this trailer shows ingame footage? No so lets stop bitching.

DEBUT TRAILER does not mean 'lets show ingame footage for a game that isn't near completion yet'..it's there to give you a general idea of what the game is about.

Very nice trailer - clearly FMV, and I don't think Sony would be stupid enough to suggest such after E3 2005.

If I own a PS3 by Christmas this will definitely be on my 'To Buy' list.

my god some of you are still living in 05 ffs 'is it in game bla bla there lying to us omg' holy shit you noobs it is clearly a cg trailer like the debut trailer for rainbow six vegas 2! this is not e3 all over again at all, how could any of you possibly think that it was in game anyway it wouldn't work with all the fancy camera work.
all i can say is stfu if you know nothing about this gen and how debut trailers work. *sighs in relief upon getting everything off his chest reguarding noobs*

Riding a motorbike with a mini-skirt is a beginners mistake. But to be fair, when you are getting crushed by some sort of monster truck aftwer slamming your head into a wooden bar, it doesn't really matter what you are wearing.
