    Is it just me, or does this look a *lot* like a tech demo for the PhysX chip, rather than a game?

    I remember seeing this particular "House Party" clip being presented as exactly what you suggested, before. So I don't know if this footage consists of gameplay specifically, or if it's a MM-themed show-of-power for the engine (which Artificial are also eager to promote and generate interest in) but it's no doubt in-engine stuff.
