I like this PhysX effect, probably the best part is the plastic tearing realistically.

Well thats true I wouldn't spend more money on a gfx card for flags and glass being shattered.
Oh and the reason why it looked like there were frame rate issues was due to fact that they wanted to show us each small glass shard hit the ground :) |
