I absolutely loved this game. The gameplay itself is pretty basic but the adventure is where it shines.

I caught Tameem's talk at the BAFTA a few weeks back and one of the most interesting aspects was the collaborative nature of allowing the film industry people influence elements of the game, both Alex Garland's script providing film-style flourishes in explaining or establishing a gameplay set-piece, and letting Andy Serkis co-direct the mo-cap shoots, given his obvious experience. I wonder what other game design areas could benefit from that.

(Apologies in advance for attempting legitimate discussion on a video that includes a woman.)

Trip is one of my favourite video game characters in recent years - sexy and extremely lovable. Her voice is one of her strongest assets, although for some reason it doesn't seem to have quite the same effect on me when it's coming from Lindsey instead of Trip.

She does seem very nice though - both of them :).

I think more games using cut scenes should use this technology. No scrap that, I think more games in general should use this technology as animations ingame in most games aren't really fluid. But I don't know if that's possible as it has to use the game engine for that?

Odd, I would never of guessed who it was behind the movments and voice (granted, I'cve only ever seen that show when the sister decides to put it on)
