    Looks great, retaining the messed up humour very nicely. Whose voice is that of the little guy? Sounds familiar... Will def be getting this, Portal is one of the greatest games ever and this looks to be taking it from the lab in to a more naturalistic story. Good work Valve!

    its looking really good. not too sure about Wheatley floating in front of you when you pick him up though. i would have thought in this day and age we would see animated hands.

    the rest looks like it might be quite epic.

    Before anyone goes off on a rant, the voice is apparently just temporary. It's the voice of animator Richard Lord.

    I like his voice, but apparently I will be "over teh moon" with the real voice in the final game.

    @dfooster - Just pretend its the gravity gun from Half-life 2.

    I agree, hands would have been nice. However, they might make animating Wheatley harder. Alternatively, they could bring him close enough to the player to conceal the bottom of the sphere. Then again, that might be awkward and creepy, having him that close.

    Strangely enough, I am not as excited about or even interested in this as much as I should be. Portal was a prime example of elegant simplicity, proving that less is more. From what I've seen, I like the dialogue and the characters, but gameplay seems just not right; the paint mechanic in particular.

    Noel Fielding from The Might Boosh would be PERFECT as Wheatley.
    And is him saying we'll be "over the moon" a hint at that very possibility maybe? Seeing as one of Fielding's best characters is The Moon...
