Is there anybody who plays games and takes an interest in these overproduced marketing clips?

Looks like a massive nightclub toilet where the attendant has received enough pound coins to finance a ceiling that shows a view of an alternative universe.

I WONDER WHAT FREAKY SHIPMATES YOU CAN SHAG THIS TIME. WOOOO. GAMING AT ITS FINEST. I'M CALLING KEITH VAZ RIGHT NOW, YOU BORING BORING BORING DEVELOPERS - FOR SHAME ON YOU FOR CREATING THE MOST DULLEST, TURGID FRANCHISE'O'SHITE AVAILABLE THIS GEN.
If you want stealth/pew/future/cyber/blahblahblah just buy Deus Ex. It's less than a tenner.

I'm not sure what people want from them regarding details outside of combat as things like story are a one-shot kind of deal so much of anything they'd tell you would be spoileriffic. Half the fun is finding out that stuff for yourself :3
If people are worried that they're spending too much time on combat, I guess it might be worth pointing out that combat designers are rarely the same people who design story and roleplay elements so there's no real 'subtraction' in terms of time/quality for whatever the combat folk do from the other aspects of the game. I'm just guessing the combat team is in a better place to show off some of their stuff while the other divisions are keeping what they're up to under their hats.
Then again, maybe I'm just optimistic?

It be intresting see how weapons are in this game.
I think the balance was not right in mass effect 2 as i could just use any weapon and it did not really matter to much.
I have a feeling same may be true for mass effect 3 but not really that much of a problem if the main game is as good as last 2 mass effect games.

You know that's actually very accurate.
The closest they came to those numbers was with DA origins.
Interestingly thats the game that they try the most of forgetting like it never happened.
You can really see how EA and the suits who have no idea about game making try to aim for the COD numbers.
They don't care what the fans want, but what the suits say, who can only see that Bioware doesn't produce massive success like COD does.
Instead of trying to make their own thing they just search with all this "mass appeal" shit for the 10 million selling audience that doesn't exist.
It defies common sense why they wouldn't make more of the same that sold well.
I think EA wants to make them the next blizzard with TOR (if it succedes that is) and doesn't really care about the core Bioware fans or what Bioware used to be in general.
They are now just trying to keep up with the so called modern trend of social gaming and being connected and other buzzwords that don't mean anyhting to anyone.
All the while chasing an audience that just isn't there and leave the one that is there to sit in the dark.
