I think modelling her after a real person like they did with male Shepard would've been smarter.
I hope the sparring stuff in this trailer isn't an indication that they have unique animations/cutscenes for male and female Shepard, because one of the awesomest things about being a lady space cop in Mass Effect is that for all intents and purposes the game assumes you're a man. You almost accidentally get zero sexist bullshit and come across as the toughest, no nonsense space lady this side of (un-Other M-ified) Samus Aran. I dread to think what happens if BioWare stomps in and actually direct these scenes based on gender, because in that particular regard they've proven themselves about as subtle as.. Optimus Prime.
