EDIT: What the fuck is so horrific about this post to earn -6 so speedily? While I've always thought of Bioware as someone who ought to make game engines for Black Isle I do own every game they've ever released. Yet somehow I'm vastly unamazed by their 3 upcoming titles and this soddy teenage targeted marketing they're doing doesn't exactly improve their chances. :p

I guess they couldn't get animated hair working in time for this video. That's a shame.

It's not "teenage marketed". And I'm guessing that music (which is probably what makes most peoples teeth grind) is a temp track, just like the Dragon Age trailer with the Manson or whatever that everyone said exactly the same shit about.

Amusing seeing this reveal where everyone on all the sites (wooh yeah, negatives for Moribundman for lightheartedly pointing out this has been on other news sites first) where everyone's saying this character's aimed at emos, kids, lesbians, metalheads, nazis...

She is supposed to be a complete batshit psychotic that you break out of a maximum security prison facility. I'm not picturing a pink frilly dress and curtsies there... I think they did a good job of conveying that and I'm sure they - being Bioware and all - will fully round the characters when you see them for longer than 60 seconds.

I think you'll find the characters in the sequel are all supposed to be different flavours of unsavoury and you aren't supposed to want to give them a cuddle.

I don't think it can be Gillian - the Ascension book is set just after the siege of the Citadel, when she is 12. ME2 is two years after ME1.
