Unless you actually get to find out who the shadow broker is or at least a hell of a lot more info/back story on the shadow broker, this ain't worth my cash and won't get be getting downloaded.

I've avoided buying any ME DLC.
Now I plan to buy them all.

I don't expect the shadow broker's identity to be revealed (in a DLC, are you mad?) but he's clearly gonna play a major role in the 3rd game.

@The bodybuilder Actually all indications are that this will resolve the Shadow Broker plotlines and potentially be a game changer one way or the other for Liara. Pretty major for a DLC! TBH the trailer is the most epic ass Effect footage since the "We're at war" Martin Sheen trailer!

I am still baffled as to how they are going to make this specific bit of DLC accessible for PS3 gamers. Looks like all the DLC will be bundled with ME2 when it ships for Playstation but without having played ME1, especially if you romanced her, Liara wouldn't seem a particularly interesting or important character in ME2.

Has anyone who didn't play/import from ME1 played the Liara bits of ME2? How is she introduced?

    I'm confused.
When was it announced that ME2 was coming to the ps3?

Now i love Mass Effect to bits but the problem i have with DLC is this: I HAVE ALREADY BLOODY PLAYED THROUGH IT! Yes I plan on playing through it again BUT in order to get the best i would have to wait until all of the DLC has been released (and pay a fortune for it all) otherwise i would keep needing to replay it. Which, whilst fun i simply do not have time to do and what about where this all fits in with the mai plot? do you just DL all the DLC and then play the game as normal? I remember installing some DLC for Oblivion when i played it forthe first time. I exited the cave/ dungeon at the begining only to get a message as soon as i step out into the open that i have recieved a letter and i have this tower with loads of gear in it and various other notices. This was very random and abrupt and totally out of kilt with main game. I would have expected it to be integrated in a way that opens it up to you after a while etc.

Anyway back to the main point. This is why i think DLC doesnt work very well unless it is unlocking/adding somethign to enhance an ongoing game. What happens in ME3 if you have not played all DLC? are decisions made in the DLC transerrable to ME3? if not is there any point? Plus some of the DLC costs almost as much as the full game can be bought for now.
