well that gives away most of the game. nice one trailer makers. (not you eurogamer, you're just deliveryboy).

    Locke sounds nothing like Locke.

    /Disappointed with voice acting.

"most overrated show ever. it's shit."

that award almost certainly goes to heroes.

Yeah, Lost may have had it's bad moments, but the second half of Season 3, and now all of Season 4 have been superb. Heroes sadly started off great, then rapidly went down hill when it couldn't work out what to do with it's characters.

As for this trailer... I don't see what it spoils exactly? We've known for ages the game would revolve around your character 'going it alone' on the island and trying to find his own way off.

i kinda meant that he gets off the island on a boat as the sky turns purple. i suppose it's not that much of a spoiler, but, it is a bit.

totally agree with you about s3 & 4. i'm loving it.

The game covers events up until the end of Season 3, the purple sky discharge took place at the end of season 2, so thats no where near the end of the game.

aaaaahhhhh ok. i thought it was just season 2. i retract everything.

At least you can explore the island

Think I'll just play Farcry again.

The game actually takes place up to the end of Season 2. Not like it matters, it's not cannon.

i think that looks pretty exciting - im not a huge lost fan though. I watched all of season 1 (which i wasn't so keen on) and 2 (which i thought was better) but after the kafuffle of showing series 3 and now 4 on Sky i've kinda lost the plot, so i hope its easy to understand for us non-lost fans...

Certainly not the voice of the Jack character either. They've got to save money somehow. Hopefully they spent more on the game itself than the voice talent. Still, not really a game for me.

    Completely agree!

As much as I love Lost, I'm not confident about this. I'll wait for the reviews and/or demo, but chances are I'll grab it from the bargain bins - if at all...

love the tv show, am strangely excited by the game even though it's very likely to be not good. this feeling will probably wear off by the time i read a few reviews, mind.
  • viper_h #17 4 years ago

Wow, they could've made the character look at least a little like Jack from the series.

Locke and Kate had some good likenesses, but the Jack model is just rubbish. He never has that big a beard during the series.

Also would've been nice to play someone other than Jack. Playable Hurley maybe?

    Holy god that looks shit
