    Nothing to see here! Hah!

Well, it's got style, but it'd be nice to see exactly what it is!

Well, bit of CG... which could have been made for anything. As a cinematic trailer its okay but I want to see what they've actually 'done' if anything at all :) A couple of blokes in a room can do this - what about the rest of the team?

And if I have to watch that Company of Heroes trailer one more time I'm going to spoon my eyes out.

Stupid feking trailer. Why don't the game makers take any notes from movie teasers and trailers? We want some idea what the feature is about not just someone running around.

Having said that, I think it's great someone is trying to bring the Noir to games. It takes a good plot, though, not just sepia tones and shadows.

    T4RG4:

As soon as it starts playing hit your Back button, then hit Forward and it'll think you've watched it :)

looks okay for an old cg sequence but thats NOT A GAME.
come on you show the feel (a bit) and the style but where's the substance - nowhere again

It's hard to really know what to say to that "cinematic". It's all a bit meh really. One unneccesarily long chase sequence that is never particularly exciting rendered in a fairly average looking CG.

I really want to like this game. So I guess all we can do is wait for something more substantial...

Wow, that looks like some CG work from a '97 game or something. 0_o

"As soon as it starts playing hit your Back button, then hit Forward and it'll think you've watched it"

The refresh button has the same effect.

Shhh, don't let EG find out that we are cheeky gits. ;p

At least it's a target render that nobody will question to be achievable...

Like the atmosphere a lot. For me this could give GTA a run for it's money (San Andreas was a huge disappointment IMO).

Gameplay looks very "static" , ala WoW etc, The party just seams to stand and shoot a lot. Was hoping that with ranged combat would be more flowing. Instead it just looks like an Ony fight with guns.

I think you got the wrong comments thread MaxiSleep :p

Needs work, even if the cutscene is in-engine, which I doubt.

All things considered the trailer was just boring.

Wow. That's slick. Like, cast-in-resin-and-lacquered slick. What the hell is wrong with adding some depth to your textures? And how about rigging your multi-million polygon models so their shoulders deform properly and their arms hang in the right places without clipping through the all too light and flimsy clothing?

If the team's previous credentials are limited to The Getaway, I'm not holding my breath. If their grasp on game design is anything like their cinematography, we're in for a real stinker.
