    Hundreds of people were needlessly bullied in the making of this videogame & dlc.

    Have to say I'm in two minds whether to bother with this DLC. I finished the game in double-quick time (unusual for me), and bought the Rockstar pass as soon as it was available. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the game. In my view it was good, not great, but also showed a great deal of potential. But in the light of recent events I am feeling disinclined to stick it back in the console. I am pretty disgusted at the behaviour of the management at Team Bondi and sorely tempted just to trade it in TBH.

    Fuck 'em :/

    If I hadn't already paid for the Rockstar Pass, I wouldn't have thought to download this knowing now how much suffering the development team had to endure to make the game.

    This will be the last DLC I get for L.A. Noire, I bought the pass to support Team Bondi and what I thought was a good game. But I no longer want to support a developer who gets things done through such abhorrent practices. I really hope the staff who worked so hard on this find good jobs with new employers and leave Brendan Mcnamara with an empty studio.

    Game's already traded in!

    @lazyninja

    If you were really serious about not giving support to such absurd management you would not even download reefer madness.

    /But I no longer want to support a developer who gets things done through such abhorrent practices.

    That is after you're done playing the game.

    Just bloody hurry up and release it already. We know its been ready for weeks. These timed DLC releases are so annoying.

    Fuck me, even if the appalling working conditions aren't enough to put people off, this trailer would send them into a bastard coma!

    I have to work loads of hours and I have a dick for a boss, so I feel I can play this DLC without feeling guilty of recent events.

    Games traded in, plus wouldn't give you a penny if it weren't.

    @Ahskay

    They've already got my money, why would I not download something I've already paid for?

    My point was, if I hadn't already paid for it, I wouldn't download it. I bought the pass about a month before all the stories regarding the working conditions at Team Bondi were released, so of course I'd already finished it by then.

    It's like saying your done smoking but oh no, i still have cigarettes in my pack, might aswell smoke those first.

    When you decide to do something do it and don't hide behind excuses.

    I fucking paid for it, so im going to download it. I'm not making excuses.

    I've decided not to buy anymore DLC, I paid for the pass before all this Team Bondi business, I want what I've paid for. Unless Rockstar are willing to give me a refund, but how likely is that huh?

    Im the same, I'll be playing this because I've already paid for it, having got the R* pass before the 'Bondai11' thing. However I think R* and others are getting the message that bad treatment of staff is having knock on effects in the market; most publishers have dedicated staff to read comment threads.

    I'm with others here, after I've downloaded and played this DLC, LA Noire is going in the trade-in pile - I was going to keep it, not because its a masterpiece, but because I felt it tried something genuinely different and wasnt just all about killing people. However, after everything thats come out in recent weeks about McNamara and his cronies at Team Bondi, I'll have no problem trading this in next month against Deus Ex. A game from such a toxic source doesnt deserve to be in my collection.
