Can anyone name a killer game thats due out only on the PS3. Or a game that looks and plays better than whats available on the PC or Xbox360.
Actually name a game on the PS3 that looks better than Crysis on the PC. (and we are talking real games not pre rendered s"*t)

My point is, oh dear PS3 really does have a massive fight on its hand, with the Xbox360 having a good lead, Wii proving cheap and chearful, and the good old PC which is just as strong and arguably getting stronger........

PS3 needs some killer games to compete................good luck

The ps3's biggest competition is going to be the ps2.

Moving on:
So microsoft realises that the UK isn't the same as Europe?
Very clever.
Now they just need a bit of a bigger brainwave to maybe 'start to gain an understanding of Japan.

Aren't people bored of this chat already? Microsoft won this round (vs Sony at E3), I think most people have finally agreed. Everyone just seems to be talking round in circles now.

When the PS3 is out, then there'll be something to talk about.

Having said that, it was a little disapointing the way Chris dismissed the idea of any iminent 360 price drop.

I actually think revealing that price was a nifty strategic move by Sony. Sure, the price might not be to everyones liking, but by placing one card on the table Sony have held the rest of their cards even closer to their chests.

They have options and advantages now: they can reduce the price, at which time people will immediately speak of what a 'bargain' the PS3 is (like when you see something in the shops like "Now for 2,99 reduced from 6,99!") and attract more customers. However, even if they dont change the price, revealing it so early on has made people aware of it and has made people think ahead in terms of finance, so they are, as we speak, building a consumerbase. A nice little bit of market-psychology by Sony, IMO.

Although I agree the price is ridiculously high.
