This game certainly looks fun, it looks more like POP with lightning powers than crackdown to me, but the open city has a crackdown/GTA feel to it for sure. Still, looking forward to it.

Who cares about the draw distance? That stuff is nice, but it all comes down to the gamplay in the end. It looks like a mix of Psy Ops and Crackdown, which sounds good to me.
