everything about it screams 90s. Not a bad thing in my book, I mean, gotta love the music and GO GO GO! Co-pilot too, his tone: matter-of-factly, unapologetically american, so arcadey!
    The... ... ... ... ... ... loadings.

EDIT : oh and of course WTF moments like the boat cops out of fucking nowhere. Makes no sense but still blends in perfectly. Straight from the 1990s, I tell you! LOL

    Graphics are bad though.

I also guess this is a game you have to experience. Floaty gameplay is all I like since I'm a PSone era WipEout fan.

    Looks average overall.

The game throws random cheese at you, like "You're crazy" (0:15)

I mean the voiceover IS terrible and sometimes completely random. In case you haven't noticed, this game is crazy, MAN! How to compel the player to join in the fun? Well stating that HE's part of the craze!

If you people can't see what I mean, nor take positive criticism, well neg away for all I care. I think the water looks bad and the game is visually bland. This is my opinion.

I also meant that graphics aren't everything. The video is playing now and its the sound of it is pretty irritating. Sorry lurking devs, I suggest you post more ultra positive comments and UP yourselves more.

Um, it looks pretty ropey next to WipeOut HD, let's be honest.

I think HTH is vastly under-rated...

I don't get complaints about the graphics in this game... it looks great.

The game seems to run at a rock solid 30fps. OK, so it would be nice to have 60 but I honestly haven't really noticed any slowdown yet (with most tracks unlocked).

    I love the mid-90's cheese.

The Ring mode is a really nice way of learning the tracks.

Gauntlet is less interesting, and I haven't even tried multiplayer yet.

I've now spent more time with this game than I did with Limbo.
