Precious little to judge the game on here, really, but a lovely trailer nonetheless. We're hoping the phantasmagorical style gets carried over to the game, complete with schlock horror voice-over.

Well, whaddya know? This looks pretty fresh and entertaining...Headstrong/Kuju are a pretty solid developer too, so there's a good chance this might turn out OK.

It's retro-horror stylings and that's perhaps the best style to go for. The on-rails shooter is a bit of a throwback anyways so if they're going to go for it, they may as well go the whole hog and go all retro-horror. The style could realy help lift it up, throw in some corny dialog and cheesy humour and it could be awesome.

COULD BE. As long as they go back to the HOTD2 model. Anything less and it's going to be a big fat failure.

It's a complete and utter homage to Planet Terror ffs, all they need to do is lose a reel/level in the game and the circle of awesome is complete.

It's kindda funny to say this trailer is a Planet Terror homage/rip off, since Planet Terror is basically a love letter (read: homage) to cheap 70'/80's horror flicks. House of the Dead series always had this "vibe"; they just made it more obvious with this awsome trailer
