I'm starting to wonder if this doesn't just sound like an awful lot of action trees. Emotionally, very powerful - assuming it's done in a convincing way - but it rather reminded me of the section in Fahrenheit where you had to wander around a bookshop looking for a clue. It was rather dull.
I'm really interested in their theories about expanding what 'Play' should be, and challenging your perceptions of what achievement is. Also really interested to see how they market this. It seems to me to be much more a CGI movie where you can influence the outcome, or - to use a bad analogy - a grown-up Fighting Fantasy book. Which would seem to demand a much more innovative plan for taking it to market than, say, yet another FPS.
