    Is this really Halo 3, or a high-res Halo 2?

    All I'm interested in is the Campaign mode. Get that right and you've got a sale, Bungie. Fuck it up [again] and I don't want to know.

    Seen one multiplayer video...

    This looks exactly the same as playing Halo 1 online, but prettier. In this age of Quake Wars and Battlefields, they're not really trying anything new.

    If you want to me to buy it, show me where my money is going.

    I think it looks pretty decent, but after Gears of War the jumping bobbins looks even more stupid - oh well

    and as an aside you could play Halo 1 online - just not over live, as all system link games could hook up to a PC to play sytem link over the good ol' interweb

    I'm sorry but i play a lot of halo 2 on live. i'm not very good but i still think it's the best "all round" live game. I think this looks great, i was very dubious when i saw the first screenshots but this looks great. if detail is left out to create large vistas etc etc then more power to bungie for having the balls to do it.

    By the (retarded) logic of saying it looks exactly like Halo 2, this game is now

    Halo 1.2

    Also, Quake 4 is quake 1.4, Final fantasy 12 is Final fantasty 2.2 and so on,
