This isn't actually all there is to see. For those of you with a decent connection, try d/l'ing the full version from here:

It's filmed, but the quality is very good nonetheless.

Love the music, is it in-game then? episode 2 looks way more appealing than the first.. which i still haven't got round to trying.

My first thought - Why can't you just use the Gravity Gun on the chopper and force it into the building? Even just tipping the tail down would be enough to stop it.

I guess it would ruin the set-piece that follows. Damn you 'sandbox' gaming.

maybe because you can't pull it down (even with antigrav the mechanical impulse has to go somewhere - that energy has to be absorbed by something... or wait maybe it's a smart gun that can absorbe directly kinetical energy).

1) Why can you see the steering wheel, but not Gordon's hands? Is he driving it with nothing but the incredible power of his mind?

2) Oh, look, it's Route Canal again, except on land! With /zombies/!

#@$#%^%^! the vehicle sequences of HL2 were terrible-- TERRIBLE! They were long-drawn-out stretches of mediocre and repetitive gameplay, which really dragged down an otherwise exceptionally well-made game. I seriously don't understand why no reviewer had the stones to point this out-- it's been the consensus of all my friends who've played the game. Bah.

I also loved the vehicle sections! I'm glad their back.

My only complaint about them in HL2 was that they went on a little too long.
