Yeah, it is an MMO but i'm not sure if it's just an add on for the original or a completely new game.

it's an MMO without a monthly fee and this is a continuation of the story which is both an add on but can be played stanalone

apparently it's more than an add on, in that presumably it has a similar amount of content to the original... which is pretty substantial.

it's an MMO, but not strictly massively mutliplayer like WoW. and i think guild wars factions is more of a sequel than an expansion, from what little i've read about it.
