Published 2 April, 2008 Duration 1:01

    Cool but I'm in serious need of an actual gameplay fix to tide me over! Still 27 days and counting........
  • Lukus #3 4 years ago

    The most amusing trailer yet.
  • agparrot #4 4 years ago

    ooh pretty.

    Not long to wait, really. Not long at all.
  • Skooch #5 4 years ago

    Me wants gameplay footage - now!
  • Raziel #6 4 years ago

    No long wait? Funny, cause it feels like its getting longer :(
  • bad09 #7 4 years ago

    @Raziel

    I know what you mean! Do what I'm doing, replay the old ones. Playing VC once again is helping take my mind off of 29th April! :)

    @Raziel

    Yeah, I distinctly remember the days-to-wait numbers being more than 90, 80 and so on, so it beginning with a 2 seems relatively minor.

    /does breathing exercise, calms anticipatory glands.

    Also, have loads of other stuff I want to get out of the way before this arrives - Mass Effect, Orange Box, Lego Star Wars II, so if anything this sense that I have a limited amount of time to finish all these other games is helping the time to pass faster.
  • agparrot #9 4 years ago

    lol.

    Don't get me wrong warzin - I am L.O.V.I.N.G. all those games that I have to get done first. I would gladly send you the Orange Box if it weren't already someone else's.

    But if it is worth doing, it is worth doing properly, yourself... er, to mix metaphors.

    I suppose all this is just my attempt at fooling myself into thinking it isn't a long way off, and largely it is working.

    That looks fucking awesome. Getting impatient now...

    @Skooch Those shots may not be "in game" since it's clearly a different bloke used for the trailer, I think we're seeing the drunk and car jacking effects in there. Nice stuff!
  • KreyAtiv #12 4 years ago

    Definitely looks good that's for sure. Still not going to make me fork out all the extra cash for the Special Edition though.
  • White_Westie #13 4 years ago

    not sure about some of the textures ...
    some of them look like they are in game world and some look like they have been pre-rendered for marketing....
    Maybe it just looks a bit poor on my monitor...

    Dont get me wrong, I hope the game will be great, but just crossing my fingers it will be graphically good too, for the full experience...

    dude, full stops!
  • Stepharneo #16 4 years ago

    I don't know if its just me...but the frame rate still looks pretty bad, though not so consistently bad. I'll still get it, its just one of those games that you have to play at some point.

    Oh my god, a video game featuring Miles Davis.

    Whoever says GTA is immature has not heard it's soundtracks. I want to give whoever draws them up a big high five.

    Wonder who will win that gta4 competition they have going on at Gamestop :)
