    I couldn't give two shits about MGS, I don't trust Squenix to make Final Fantasy good anymore, so I thought I had no reason left to want a PS3. But then I remembered GT. I'm still not paying half a grand for just a racing game, but damn. It looks alright innit.

    @Nikanoru - who's paying half a grand?! If that's what you're expecting to pay for a PS3 and this game, you should be in for a very pleasant surprise!

    Anyway, this *looks* amazing, but the gameplay in GT has never really done it for me. Still, it's all about the graphics really, isn't it?

    yea Nikanoru you can pick up a ps3 for £300 now and if you want to compare the price to an xbox then just do the math in the long run, a ps3 gives you everything that you need in the box, it has free online, and remember how the ps2 had forgtable games in the past but then became the best console of last gen with its immense third party backup and a host of great games?
    well the ps3 has a ten year plan that has to count for something.
    ok now xbox 360, pick one up for £200 ok wow £100 less than ps3 but wait this online trial is great i will buy a years subscription thats £40 per year, and that is if IF your xbox survives that long, as they are prone to dying like mine did and i treated it really well never knocked it or anything but it just died on me, anyway they only have a years guarantee with them wow thats reasuring wheras i have a 5 year guarantee with my ps3.
    well if you have a 360 already good luck because i dont know anyone that has had one and it hasn't had any problems with it, the exact oposite is with the ps3 mine is still in perfect working order since launch.
    ps i baught another xbox because i like the games for it but the hardware is shoddy and its only a matter of time before it will break down again. *phew*
