Why no in-game example of combat displayed? Lots of chatting with NPC's, but no combat examples..

The combat is slightly improved from Gothic 2, feels a lot like Oblivion in 3rd person, using the directional keys to control the sword swing and so on, but still felt a little clunky to me. Though control in general is a step up from the last game.

So the story is a blend of Dan Brown and traditional fantasy? Wat to lower my expectations.
