Well, I personally was addicted to the first one. Was the lead programer not planning to take part in the creation of a sequel? I have not heard much on that.

The problem is, will the game be as impressive as the last? sure here you get a bow and a bit more gore but will it be able to compete with the standard of an original which is loved my so many for its innovative battle system? I worry that this could be a letdown, just another sequel the sells off the reputation of the brilliant first one?

When he was mortal he could beat off the best of Hades and even kill a God.

Now he's a God himself -- how the hell can they justify the fact you can't just wave a hand and blast everyone to death?!

From the looks of it, it sounds just as the first one which obviously very goos indeed but I hope there are new additions to keep you busy. I dont want to be running around doing the same combos again like in Prince of Persia The Two thrones.

Looks good, and yeah, a couple of bits reminded me of SotC but more actionified (word?). Don't know what they're doing on it for the next year though, looks pretty far gone.
