Kratos is back, sitting atop his Olympus throne as the new God of War. This time he seeks to alter something which no mortal, or god, has ever changed - his fate. God of War 2 is heading to the PS2 in early 2007.

The problem is, will the game be as impressive as the last? sure here you get a bow and a bit more gore but will it be able to compete with the standard of an original which is loved my so many for its innovative battle system? I worry that this could be a letdown, just another sequel the sells off the reputation of the brilliant first one?

Now he's a God himself -- how the hell can they justify the fact you can't just wave a hand and blast everyone to death?!
Loved the first though.

LOL, yeah its not like he has a back up. I don't think Kratos really thought enough about it before getting stuck in, selfish bugger.
