    Hmmmm.

After some of the comments I made on a previous FC2 thread, I'm not so sure anymore. They do kind of seem a little more gungho about the Africa diamond conflict than previous interviews suggested. Maybe its just marketing slanting the video, but I'm not so sure anymore :(

I was kinda looking forward to this but personally I don't find shooting surrendering people very entertaining.

They are showing the active side of the game, you can do it stealthily if you want to.

Shooting surrendering people is a bit awkward yes, hopefully you don't have too.

As long as it's not like in fucking CoD 4 where you shoot the sleeping sailors... that was disgusting.

lol@ people getting offended by videogame violence all of a sudden just because enemies are surrendering/sleeping.

of course you dont have to. that was the point of the 'become who you want / are' line. you can be evil if you are evil.

Hear, hear! I think in any armed conflict its simple not cricket unless you wake the other chaps up, tell them your intentions and/or make sure they have their sabres ready. The whole “element of surprise" nonsense is just bloody cowardess, too “French” for my liking.

I am not a huge FPS fan but this one has me hooked. The environment is trully immersive - however there are limitations as mentioned elsewhere but I suspect this down to technology (memory etc). If this is the way games are going I cannot wait for the next-next gen.
