    Before seeing this I didn't remember how much I hate the GUTS of Gamebryo, the engine from Oblivion and this. The textures, the textures! Ah, I'm going mad! *head explodes as in vid*

    the problem is that in the originals, whilst there were rocket launchers/laser guns etc, they were very "end game" and very hard both to acquire and to get the skills to use them efficiently. So far this, and the full gameplay footage video, have both shown him pulling out giant guns all over the place with no pause for thought. If this is just because he wanted to show them off to a load of "gun-hungry journos" as Meer put it, then my hopes for this game being awesome will remain. Hopefully you're stuck with a shite pistol for ages!

    The whole brutal fatality thing will be it's main point, and then the story, then the enviroment and then everything else.

    Though no one can disagree that head-popping and ragdolls aren't fun. If you do disagree then there's something wrong with you.
