This looks a lot better than I thought it would from the previews. Just hoping my 360 lasts long enough to actually play it :s

oh crap, my worst nightmare. They are using some of the same diabolical actors as oblivion.
it seems the script is only marginally better than their last effort as well. it may pull something reasonable off despite these horrors though.
(is it me or do they wish they were doing bioshock above sea level?)

The nuke bit may be the funniest violation of "show, don't tell" that I have ever seen.

Can't believe they're recycling actors so obviously though. Even if we hadn't heard these people speak for several hours straight, that guy doing Burke has one of the most distinctive voices in the industry. It's madness.

This is more like Oblivion than I feel comfortable with. Using the same voice actors is a big damn mistake, I think. We've been listening to those voices for hundreds of hours. I'm glad they ditched Oblivion's _godawful_ world-levelling system, but this still seems a helluva lot like Oblivion in a different clown suit.

Is that such a bad thing? Oblivion was pretty darned good. More Oblivion in different, slightly prettier clothing, sounds good to me.

Hmm.. I agree that this is too close to Oblivion (which I'm still playing) for comfort.

Then again, Oblivion + the ability to blow people apart in slo-mo? I'm trading up!
