I have downloaded this, how do I start it?

It has detected the Broken Steel and told me my level cap is now 30, but there is no alert on where to go.

They always seem to introduce new missions in a sort of gamey way. I would just keep playing your normal game and you will probably receive some sort of note or update or radion transmission etc.

you have to finish the final story then it will not end but you go straight to the new mission
