Played this at the London Vita Rooms, graphics wise it looked like a PSP game. Otherwise it's exactly the same as the PS3/XBox 360 games, how many portable versions of games can say the same?

I'd avoid this one of I were anyone looking to buy a launch game tomorrow. From what I've seen it's barely upgraded from the 3DS version and certainly wouldn't be the game I loaded up to show my mates, Virtua Tennis 4, however, is graphically the shiniest dogs bollocks you've ever seen.

I'd say it looks a hell of a lot better than PSP.

All the reports I've read of this indicate it's a rushed port of the 3DS version (which itself hardly pushed the console to the limit).

Tried this last night when my mate brought my machine round with all the launch titles (he owns a game shop). Was prety decent all in all and would prob pick up for £20, but prob not for full whack. But then if none of the other titles float your boat, I can see why many would

IGN (OK so they're not the most reliable site I know) said that the PSV version of F1 2011 was OK and gave it (I think) 7.0. Their video review mentioned that it was much better than the critically-mauled DS version. Looks alright from the video but it's not a game I want to play on a handheld, not when I have Wipeout 2048.

@abigsmurf Just wanted to quickly clarify that the PS Vita version of F1 2011 is not a port of the 3DS version.

The challenges of developing in HD and 3D are very different, even if the games do share a common vision of how F1 should exist on a handheld platform.

@Helios_CM I just payed for this one Helios, you say its not a port and yes it does look, handle and run better than any CM portable version to date, but blimey, you cant even use the right stick for throttle? No option to use dual analog? What were you thinking? If your common vision is on the psp then go for it son, but I have nub here wanting to be used - blimey mate, what sort of racing game that has the platform does not give an analog throttle option? Jeeez...
