FEAR was a great tight controlling FPS (with a Ringu vibe). But the sequels have just gone all B movie and lost what was special about the original. I'm assuming you'd have to about 14 years old to think that trailer was anything other than embarrassing and I mean no disrespect to the younger gamers out there who agree with me.

It wasn't looking that bad before, but this finalizes it for me. It's clearly not going to be the horrific (in a good way) experience that the original was. Even F.E.A.R 2 had that element to some extent. It wasn't a perfect sequel by far, but you could still see the original's footprint. This is too far removed from those games, and clearly not aimed at fans of them.

Better luck next time. I hope these guys aren't doing the next Condemned (think that series is done anyway), which I prefer to F.E.A.R in some ways. Maybe whoever owns the rights or whatever should just end it now (that hurt me to say!).

We'll see but, I think this looks pretty dire. The colour palette is bizarre, atmosphere looks almost non-existent. . .damn.

Ugh, what a turd that looks. leafmulch is right - who on earth would that trailer sell the game to, who was old enough to buy it?
