i watched a guy demo this bit live at TGS. he died 3 times during the demo (had infinite, respawning health). looks fantastic though.

Loved the first one and this looks like it improves further on the original. Should be fun! Nice and gory! One for the kids!

looks Awful! I thought Ninja Gaiden was a serious sort of ninja game, sneaking and the like? Just looks like a 3D roaming Mortal Kombat.

Nah, no sneaking in Ninja Gaiden, and very little seriousness either Think you might be thinking of Tenchu. Ninja Gaiden is just balls to the wall action, and hard as nails to boot. I don't think this looks like much of an improvement over the first game from the trailers I've seen, but the first game was awesome, so I don't really mind the apparent lack of progress

Is it just me or does the camera seem to be behaving somewhat irratically during the arena fight? Worryig.... The first game's camera was only really sorted out with the Black pack and was terrible to begin with.

Who cares about the camera. Its one of the few true hardcore games left and looks awesome.

The first game was too difficult for me (yes, even Ninja Dog mode in NGB), so this just isn't on my radar. I can't be bothered with uber-hard games these days.

Surely if a game was more challenging, wouldn't it be more rewarding when you eventually crack the skull of the last boss or level... Only then to become really bored with the game then trade it in
