Aww I kinda like it. And you gotta love rebellion. It's all unpatriotic not to.

Indeed, Rebellion FTW!

Sorry, had to say that, as they're only up the road from my flat...

Seriously though, I'm sure I remember seeing a free running game on TV by Core Design/Eidos a year or so ago, what happened to that? Or is this that game, just after a few changed hands etc?

"Rebellion acquired all rights to Free Running game along with the registered trademarks, through its acquisition of the former Core Design Studios in Derby from Eidos earlier in the year."

Found on their website.

I'll buy this game if its a budget title, which it looks like it is.

Loose the streamer effect it's stupid. Beef up the model effects as he's the only bloody thing on screen apart from the buildings. Is this PS2 by any chance? Looks decidedly PS2 to me.

Edit..ok just read the sidebar and I've packed the PS2 away except for FF 12 It's all but ready for the machine archive i.e. my spare closet with the retro consoles on shelves.....

Blimey, Core finished working on this like 2 years ago!

I wondered what happened to it - I thought it had gone the same way as their smartbomb PSP title which didn't seem to get much of a release.

Good to see this finally surface through the Rebellion deal.

Looks like it could be fun, but I think it is far too early for people to be casting their opinions in iron. A game like this lives or dies by its control system, and currently we know nothing about that.

Looks very... orange.

But, I'm hoping this is gonna be good. The platforming in PoP was my favourite part, and if this can capture the same sort of essense - well, it should be pretty decent.

I think it's gonna go the way of a 6/10 or an 8/10. No-one'll buy it though.

One to rent, methinks.

Looks like Prince Of Persia style platforming, only not nearly as polished.
