Sony takes aim at the shiny bobblehead of the PC's iteration of Fallout 3, hoping to pop it like an irradiated grape before the beast can lumber up and slowly force its ripper into the first available orifice. Probably.

At first glance, looks pretty much the same, but there are definately more jaggies in the ps3 version, which is why the PC remains the superior platform, in most gaming situations. gonna get flamed now by the console girls )

Aliasing issues aside, the PS3 version looks pretty muich identical to the PC version.

Despite running on hardware (PS3) that has significantly better architecture than anything (in non eATX-based singularity that is) one could put together for PC for under $2,500 (I should know) this comparison shows what I expected looking at the title and that is that this game looks like developers have addressed the latter version more. Shame, because PC gaming IS a dying industry much to the mimic from the metropolis of Fallout's D.C. That's okay though, I'm sure there will always be something to port over to the PC platform to run those future quad-crossfire geek-ups.
