    When the player picked up the red barrel, the shadow remained the unencumbred player.

    I know it's been said before but how many people are going to be able to run it looking like that! It seemed to suffer from the odd jump and stutter as well, so that seems to suggest that even the ninja PC being used in this video had its work cut out for it.

    Seems a shame that most people won't be experiencing Crysis 'as it's meant to be played', it'd probably look like Doom on my PC : )

    Anyway I'm fine with it seeming functionally identical to Far Cry; Far Cry was good fun! And didn't have the gadgets this one has...

    Very impressive. It's coming to a point now though, that there aren't enough decent games to warrant an upgrade. I'm going to stick with the 360 from now on.

    Paulanator, you need to keep up with the news on this game Crytek claim that you will only need a modest spec pc to run the game with decent settings. Whether this is true or not remains to be seen, but fingers crossed.

    looks nice - not sure about the nanosuit though - seems a bit too much like a built in"cheat" allowing you a lot more invulnerabilty. Superpowers FTL.

    It really looks too easy with the suit, yes. That rocket launcher has an insane rate of fire as well. Still, gotta try this. :)

    Why do all the Korean grunts speak English?

    I'm not liking the idea of the superpowers - they are what ruined Far Cry Instincts IMO, but overall you can't argue that this is looking pretty impressive. Now, a console version would be ideal for those of us without beasts of PCs.

    I actually found that rather exciting to watch, tbh. Despite being somewhat unimaginative and having a rather campy b-movie-flair, I can't really see how this could not end up being very very good and lots of fun.

    Alright guys, if watching this you think "Far Cry 1.5" and don't get at least a little bit excited, it's time to acknowledge you're just not gamers anymore...
