    All the hints and such make it somwhat less cinematic than the first one...

    That is some pretty poor looking ragdoll just after 2 mins. I'm also not sure about all of the onscreen prompts. I guess if its fun then its all good, but I'm starting to wonder if they aren't taking things a bit too far.

    To say this game revels in its gore seems something of an understatement. I've said it before, but I don't see how stamping someone's head into a kerb, smashing their face through a TV or literally bludgeoning them to death is any less extreme than stuff you seen in Manhunt, and far beyond most of what GTA allows you to do, and yet I bet - I bet - this won't cause a media shitstorm the way those franchises have done.

    This is not an attack on Sega or Monolith, more a suggestion of double standards. Let's see if the BBFC demand significant cuts here, first.

    The man with the 7-foot reach. It seems like the excellent sense of immersion from the first Condemned is absent in this sequel - very few of the punches actually appeared to connect with their targets and many were delivered from a seeimngly great distance, which looks like it would ruin the feel of the game, to me.

    I never saw the first game but had assumed the Condemned games were a bit more sophisticated than this.

    This just looks, well... moronic. The cheesy combo icons sort of complete the effect. What is the point of making childish games that are too violent for children.

    The original condemned had a minimal hud so that you felt immersed in the game. It also pioneered the realtime inventory that alone in the dark is so fond of talking up. You checked your ammo by taking the clip out and looking or opening the shotgun etc. etc. There were only painkillers in cabinets for health and you couldn't take any health with you.

    This one looks like a lot of that has been removed.

    @CUR715: It's an 18 (obviously). I Think the crazy nature of the fighting only comes across like this in this video because they're clearly spawning loads of guys to show off some of the moves - I don't think you'll be fighting that many guys all at once!

    I only need to watch two seconds of this video to know that the retarded "combo display" will completely turn me off from this game.

    Too bad since I really liked the first one.

    Brutal!
    Nice interactivity though...but maybe just a bit to edgy/hud all up in ya face to take some of the fun out of the experience. Nice to see producers going different routes though

    I like GTA as much as the next man, but this is too much for me. It doesn't make me feel as physically sick as Postal, but it's not far off :S

    This Game Looks Brutal!! I really Enjoyed the first one. And i want to see wht this has to over. And Im Impressed. God why do some people want to report this game to the BBFC....Its 18!! For goodness sake therefor little kids cant play it. Stop spoiling the fun for people who enjoy games like this and GTA.

    Looks more like this is some kind of stay alive as long as you can mini game to me. Early reviews suggest the game is good.

    Wow, that was brutal. I wonder how the on-screen prompts will turn out on the PC. They don't bother me much anyway, I like a bit of a hint if it helps me pull out satisfying moves quickly.
    Also, Molotovs FTW.

    I seriously think this is pretty sick. That thing at 1:20, that's just f**king awful. I was also looking forward to this game, but now it's off the list. For sure.

    Must admit not as good as i was hoping i will be turning off the hud before i start thats for sure.
    but i will still buy it,loved the original
    and apparently its really scary in parts even more than the original.
    oh and putting bums heads in tv screens FTW

    Is this game even coming to ps3? all videos i've seen are on 360, and not even one is from ps3! its like same with the GTA :S suspicious.....
