Lol whoever made that video was obviously on the easiest diffuculty theres no way you can stand up like that in the open and survive for more than 3 seconds on the higher difficulty levels, the whole point is the supress the enemy then move playing on the lowest difficulty makes the game play not as expected

Im playing the the highest diffulty available ont he forst play through (a higher one gets opened up later on) and it makes the game liike it should be, basically if you send you squad across an open field without supressing fire they will die, same for the squad leader. Also if you stand out in the open like that video without the enemy being supressed you will die within 3 seconds
