The second part of our exclusive Bad Company footage sees DICE producer Patrick Bach indulging in a little creative vehicular requisition before carving a path through a base with plenty of explosives. He rounds it off with everybody's favourite, the mortar barrage.

Also the controls felt like you were playing on ice.. even after you stop moving your sticks, you'd still "glide" a little bit.
If they fix those 2 things, and make sure the online is still nice and big, I'm sold

I thought BF2 was more fun and better balanced on the console versions (and it had capture the flag) so there's still hope I guess

I agree with others that the syringe in the chest thing is silly, and so frequently makes it stupid. No health packs? No medic class like BF2?
I sure hope they're working on BF3 for the PC (forget Heroes).

"Looks so typically consolely. Clumsy, unintuitive and slow."
Heh. That's my view of PC stuff

"Like turrets on tanks moving with the tankgun turret etc.. "
Err - isn't that like what they very actually do?
Couple of little points. BF2:MC on the consoles was not devloped by DICE proper. This one is, so there is higher hopes for it. I did love BF2:MC though. Worked really well. Only bad things were borked voice comms and the balance issues bought about by a half decent chopper pilot.
Just a little info

old skool in regard to combat mechanics. Very dumb AI too, COD 4 has raised the bar somewhat. Nice destructive effects though.

As for the AI and health thing, I don't really mind. The person playing this game should be sacked as it's making it look a lot worse than what I reckon it's going to be.
