How was this supposed to be better than the 360 version? Aside from missing the actual severed limbs and being easier, it's exactly the same game. Why the heck has this taken so long to some to the PS3?

Gore does not detract from the gameplay whatsoever. If anything the lack of pointless limbs and blood will do wonders for the game.
