Good job guys. You COMPLETELY missed the whole point why people wanted the ORIGINAL Goldeneye back.

Game is looking pretty good. Visuals could do with a little more polish, and seeing this is from the developers of dead space: extraction I'm hoping for good things. Pretty sad that the only positive comment has been down-rated, presumably for having something positive to say about this game.

Anyone who is expecting GoldenEye 64 should just give up now, this wasn't what the developers set out to make. It has been said multiple times that they are remaking the movie, not the game. This is shaping up to be the biggest budget game for the Wii from Activision, they even got the script writer in from the GoldenEye movie to remake the script setting it in the 2000's with Daniel Craig.

It looks pretty good considering Wii's inferior system specs. I loved the original Goldeneye, and I'm really interested to see how this turns out. I'll wait for the review scores though, metacritic 80% or above will do. Review scores are definitely not the be all and end all, but they certainly give a reasonable indication.

I'm glad it's not the same as the n64. After playing Perfect Dark on XBLA earlier this year I realised how far the fps has moved in ten years. Fingers crossed this will be one of the finest FPS on any platform let alone on the Wii.
