Why all the complaints? There were huge stompy robots in the first game, and seeing as your enemy is a massive evil futuristic 'defence' company it seems logical that some of their gear would turn up in the game.

Fun and replay value, oh no! I and everyone else who I know that played this wanted to pilot one of the mechs when playing the first one, and now it's possible. That's a good thing. I can also replay this without using the mech, for a very different experience. That's also a good thing. Bad things about this include...erm, nothing. Do shut up making a fuss about this.
