no new information really.pointless video really. not so much an interrogation as a chat about the world cup. i really hope that Rooney isn't on the cover again. good player but he makes Beardsley look like a model.

would've liked to know more about the manager mode, i.e. if it's going to be play tested for a change before they release it. some of the bugs in the last Fifa games have been unforgivable, not just because they were there but also because even though they knew about them they never even tried to release a patch for them. just as well the gameplay is so sublime. (apart from the headless keepers)

Why is Rooney about to throw a fireball at me?

+1 (as the kids say) for the original poster...

@riceNpea - the rating system is stupid, ignore it. Dont even know what its for.
I think the interview was ok -- there isnt much he can ask without p*ssing EA off. It does sound like theyre just refining and tweaking the game, then pulling in what they had from World Cup 2010. Then sticking an '11' on it.

You shouldve asked about Fifa 12 :)

How is pro-passing different to just doing passing on manual in FIFA10? That's not sarcasm, I'm genuinely curious.
That said, I was impressed by the gameplay tweaks in World Cup 2010 and, if they fix the manager mode, this could be good.

Take a look at the 2nd vid down "improved passing"

    Looks great

So you have a camera on the guy, he can't hide from the question - the perfect time to ask why the Manager Mode sucked in Fifa 10 and will they go deep into the code this time and sort it out? - and you brown nosed him about the metacritic score of 90...rubbish.

Its because of sites like this one that scored the game highly when it had clear faults that this EA 'friend of Eurogamer' can live in his blinkered world of adding flashy little tweaks to a heaving engine that needs a big re-write. Meh.

There is a hell of a lot in Fifa and I personally think it's unrealistic for people to expect innovations in every area of the game, every year. Each to their own though. I'll be buying though if supermarkets go on their crazy price war again and if (Huddersfield) Town have some top stats for league 1 this year.

I liked this video as I do not know that much about FIFA11, I thought his comments were very interesting about motion control and 3D.

I negged you riceNpea, not because because I do not want other people to see your comment but I do not think that it is very objective or balanced(maybe I am a bit obtuse to negg comments that I think are unfairly negative. This maybe because I have not seen much other stuff about FIFA11 but that is something that I think is a positive, I am not a big fan of hyping or to much development background.
I may be a EASport fanboy but I do not think that they will even match there last score.

Turrican - they said of release of FIFA 10 that the manager mode was going to be a 4year project to get it to where they wanted it to be.
