The dark haired lass was very sweet.

Is it just me or was there like 10% Expo material and 90% of different shots of Johnny Minkley? Would have loved to see more actual Expo footage..

Hate to break it to you guys, but I don't know who the Minkley person is, but I AM THE COVER GUY.

Previously, I've only ever read articles on here (Eurogamer :p), but saw your comments and wanted to sign up.

I really love the fact I'm featured on the front, but just couldn't keep a straight face ever, so although it was my first ever attempt at doing Zombie make-up, I failed as I smiled. :p

There are more pics over on the Capcom forums, where I lurk the most, but thanks Eurogamer for an awesome day!

Also, as it's Christmas soon, and you featured me, and I have no job, would you like to employ me, or give me Assassins Creed 2 for xmas? My PS3 died the weekend after Eurogamer, and made me very sad. :(

Anyway guys, here's the link with more zombie me, and the other guys I was with at Capcom:

I have more pics on my facebook. :D

Was a really fun day, and I have to say that God of War 3 was definitely my game of the show, but AvP was pretty rad!

Edit: Just watched the video, and I now know who Minkley is......he's the presenter, haha.

Anyway, I'm not always a zombie, so hopefully your nightmares won't last long. ;)

    Take care guys.

Hold on - where were Sumo and Rockstar at the Leeds Expo? Bloody hell - Rockstar even had a PSP game to flog.

Without the extra promo to thousands of gamers, everyone might just torrent the damn thing! In fact - Sumo did DIRT 2 PSP, so they've no excuse either!

    tut, tut...

I loved the show. Plain Sight, the indie that escaped the arcade and made it onto four PCs round the back of the HMV stand, was my personal game of the show. Double jumping exploding robots with katanas, pure awesome.

I watched this in fear that there might be video footage of me being incredibly boring as the first person in line on the 2nd day at London but fortunately not. Come to think of it I'm still wondering why Bertie took down my e-mail address when he interviewed me but never used it for anything, the tease!

Ha! Yes I'm not sure either. It's the hair, it makes me do all manner of strange things.

Expo was brilliant. Again, a massive thanks to all you that turned up and made it what it was.

More dressing-up next year please! Well done CaptainCortez!

    NO! I'M THE COVER GUY!

    Thanks Bertie. :D

I'm not sure if a Zombie Walk is coming up again next year, but we'll see. I might be able to dress up as something. :p

I've been working on a Devil Arm, and Red Queen sword, so let's hope a new Devil May Cry is announced at the next E3, as then I'll come dressed up as that, with a glow in the dark Devil Arm. :D

    Cheers for the reply Bertie.

I think next year I might try to do a double of dressing up and being first in the queue. It'll need to be a fairly warm costume and something that suits my potato shaped figure so maybe the TF2 Pyro. Shame there isn't an overweight warmly dressed version of the L4D Witch because that would fit perfectly with the activity of being first in the queue.

@ kincaid: oh yes, I can totally imagine the guy taking out the maracas from his backpack and start swetting and singing: I wrote for luck; And they sent me you; and I sent for juice; you gave me poison...
  • sinelinden #21 2 years ago

Loved the irony that not only did those 2 at the end not know what the T-Shirt was promoting but they also didn't get the joke re Wet T-Shirts. Bless 'em. Great video
  • persus-9 #22 2 years ago

@ sinelinden: Hey, don't knock it. The game is awful and the joke is worse so that kind of cluelessness is the only reason I feel I can wear that t-shirt in public.
  • Ninja_Tino #23 2 years ago

You cunts leave Johnny alone. I think he's a great presenter, so back off!
  • Ryboy #24 2 years ago

"I'm looking forward to Dragon Age: Origins..."

No fucking kidding. Can't say I'm all that surprised really fella...
