i really liked the historical part of the video. on the other hand though the physics bits where the soldiers get blown up in the air seemed too GTA4like, as in a bit overdone maybe...

Once again, Brothers in Arms represents the finest in WW2 FPS, and there's no real competition in sight.

I'll be surprised if there is any mention of the British soldiers! shame really since our soldiers fought just as hard for a longer period of time! Stupid self-centred Americans!

Great EGTV show guys. Did you do the interviews youselves or was this media handed to you by the dev? In any case, very interesting and humbling veteran interviews.

The slow mo explosions are, to me quite offensive, its not Gears of War. This happened to real people and to package it in such an entertaining way seems like borderline sadism.

Haven't played the full game, but the demo is shit. The cut scenes are awful - every character looks and moves like a reanimated corpse. They're all shouting (and swearing unnecessarily) yet only their lips move - the rest of their faces locked in rigor mortis.

Then there's all those old favourites of FPS shooters past... doors you can't open, waist height objects you can't jump over, glass windows that don't even scratch when you shoot them, not being allowed to pass between a table and a chair that are 3 feet apart from each other.

Lovely to see traditions like that carried on in supposedly 'new' games.
