What a disappointing reaction when he asked if anyone had played the first game! Shame on you lot.

No wonder Witcher 2 is my number 1 anticipated game right now.

Very nice graphics, improved combat, epic battles, interesting characters,
non-linear story with 16 endings, stealth abilities all seem to be very
impressive.
I hope they also add verticality abilities to Gerald , I mean to be able
to climb walls, jump over objects and roofs etc. I also hope they improve
the AI of the NPC characters and the simulation of the life behaviour in the world.
Not like in Assassins Creed where you killed someone and the crowd just stared
at the corpse and then went strolling away like nothing had happened.
I also believe that the game would benefit a lot by the use of the DirectX 11
tessellation feature.
About nudity, I consider computer games as a new form of art.
Threfore, the basic principle for me is that art should intend to make you
a better person. When nudity appears, you present a temptation, a distraction
pulling you mentaly down to an instinct level.
I prefer games to promote high and nobel feellings. Love and compassion,
forgiveness, kidness and sacrifice that pove that you really love and care about the
opposit sex.
Another reason why showing nudity scenes should be avoided is
because the age of the players is not always over 18 years. And althow the boxes say
this: 18+, in practise this doesn't happen. Legally offcourse you are ok but ethically
I think a voice inside us tells us that we aren't doing the correct thing.
In any case Witcher 2 is my most anticipated RPG game to come and I truly
hope they delliver a quality game that bears the highest principles that this new
interactive form of art - computer games - can offer.
