Clever, this. Capcom have included a number of visual filters in the PC version of SFIV, giving the game four distinctive visual styles.

I really wanted to buy this on PC until the exact second when I heard this voiceover.

If they just can't find a damn good voice talent, why the hell they don't keep the Jap voices and just add a subtitle? Every damn gamer is mad about Jap voices anyway!
