So, it's a third-person action adventure? Not sure that's the kind of direction I'd want Metroid to go in. Still, will be interested to see the finished product next year.

Given its roots - i was suprised with the whole switch to first-person tbh. This looks awesome, i actually like the fact that i can see Samus again. The CGI bits make me realise how much i would love a movie though...

Gameplay looks pretty good, but the plot looks a little weird, cutscenes and Samus talking may be a step too far from the series' roots.

The story stuff looks cool but I'm a bit worried they're pitching the game as action heavy and exploration light.

Oh and let's leave the lesbian themes for the inevitable fan yuri.
