Unfortunatly then that I don't like the look of this game, dungeon seige has potential however it needs more 1st person, open world ( iness ) for me.

Horses for courses - I hate open-world nonsense, and a 1st person open world title sounds horrible. Surely that'd just be Oblivion all over again anyway. Meh.
Not that I'm that keen on this either. I prefer my combat titles along the Bayonetta/Ninja Gaiden lines, rather than the grind style titles that never seem to carry any weight behind the blows. I am, however, interested in Dark Souls as PS3 owners raved about Demons' Souls combat feeling very solid.....

For the time being having finally gotten stuck into Fallout: New Vegas I've gotta say that Obsidian seem to have gone from strength to strength. I found Knights of the Old Republic 2 to be frustrating if fascinating, Neverwinter Nights 2 to be a generally frustrating experience, Alpha Protocol to be an amazing game buried under an awful opening, and Fallout:New Vegas to eclipse it's predecessor in both story and gameplay.

If anything this resembles Diablo 3's demon hunter a bit too much. Still looks good though.

Divinity II: Dragon King Saga - on Xbox360...well worth investigating for those who enjoyed Oblivion.

I'd say that they already are the patron saint of RPGs, Bioware and Bethesda have all but abandoned the genre and while they both excel at world-building they don't manage to build in the same level of intrigue that Obsidian manage on the slightly less impressive game-worlds, but personally I prefer a lesser environment with muchos intrigue as opposed to an expansive and varied environment that tastes a bit bland.

Please, if you have enough money to burn it on mediocrity, go ahead. But don't expect others to be the same.
