    yeah that's some pretty bad aliasing, problem is pc you can any compression or audio codec you want on PS3/360 you are limited to a a few, you also have much less memory to work with. the Average Console game will allocate about 20 mb to audio whereas PC the sky is the limit, so it's fairly obvious that console audio will generally sound a bit worse and have less variety of audio.
