    Maybe the breast soaping is some kind of mini game... or a "Congratulations! You've won 1st place! Choose a soapy lady!" instead of unlocking cars, you unlock ladies.

    Also, on an off point, I remember reading somewhere they were going to make this a tribute type game to Colin, how does soapy women and bacon and tits come across as a tribute?!

    I think I finally hate Codemasters for this. What on Earth does this have to do with Colin McCrae!? Tits, Americanised to fuck... very little seemingly to do with actual real European style rallying... Codemasters really have become purveyors of second rate shite, commercialised to fuck to pander to a bunch of idiots, they should NOT have dragged Colin McCrae's name into this one, just call it Dirt, let the guy rest in peace.

    Meanwhile I'll STILL be enjoying the slightly dated to look at but WONDERFUL to play games of Richard Burns Rally and Race Pro, games that know how to capture the true feel of driving, not this drivel. I hope someone at Codemasters reads this and is temporarily ashamed before going back to his bath filled with £20 notes (actually probably dollar bills instead), women with big tits and a stereo with shit American trendy rock on.

    other games do the whole 3XTr3m3 racer thing well enough, we could have all done without the colin mccrae series going the same way

    Yeah, Fuel looks like it might be decent, although I worry about the obese size of the landscape. Assuming reviews are good, I will possibly check it out.

    you can't blame them though, people are voting with their wallets, DIRT was a big hit for codies and has driven follow on developments in racing, including GRID and FUEL. They need funding to do this and DIRT is the game for them. Lowest common denominator and all that (although I completed DIRT, it wasn't that bad!). If we didn't like it we shouldn't buy it, eh? I miss a sim-rally game as much as the rest of you, don't think its going to come from codies now tho. Maybe SimBin?

    I really hope someone else produces a proper rally game at some point. There were loads of them on the last two generations of consoles, but they seem to have dried up completely.

    maybe the vfx company had the titty soaping/bacon left over from something else and codemasters bought it up cheap, I can think of no other explanation

    To be fair mate Colin McRae used to take part in the X games rally events, I think I'm right in saying he's won X games gold on several occasions so in fact he did used to take part in events like this, he was damn good at them too.

    Dirt was awesome, Dirt 2 will be too. I don't give a monkeys if every voice in every future CM racing game is American, as long as the racing is good i'll keep on buying them.

    This game will sell shedloads, a hardcore rally sim will not, so you want a company to lose money to cater for the very insignificant forum posters like you lot? Wake up dudes!!
